Communal Wine n’ Dine
Offered Nightly, 7-9:30pm, 350RMB ($60US) per Person

Our classic communal Wine n’ Dine experience is offered nightly, but we only offer one seating a night to give you a relaxed, personalized experience. You and your guests will be seated at a large communal table in one of two dining rooms. We serve a ten-course Chinese set menu with two imported wine pairings and other house drinks. More beverage options are offered for a charge.

  • Our chefs hand-pick only the freshest ingredients from local markets and trusted sources.

  • We can accommodate most dietary restrictions or preferences – from gluten-free to vegetarian to low-sodium. Just let us know.

Other Wine n’ Dine options include:
Deluxe Wine n' Dine for an additional 100RMB or $18US per person: Your experience begins at 6pm with a dumpling lesson, where you’ll learn how to roll and wrap jiaozi, one of Beijing's most famous dishes. You’ll also have a preview of the chefs' preparations in our main kitchen for your dinner.
Private Wine n’ Dine: Reserve your own private table — or, for an exclusive foodies’ experience, the main kitchen. 350RMB ($60) per person. (Minimum charges applies.)

Cooking Classes
Wednesdays & Saturdays 2-4:30pm and Fridays & SUndays 9:30am-12noon (Please check our calendar or Events Page for more details)
350RMB ($60US) per person
or on demand by Request (minimum charge may apply)

Our classes feature a low student-to-professional chef ratio, an in-depth hands-on experience, and information on how to stock your Chinese pantry. Each class generally features three dishes based around a theme, though more intensive dishes like dumplings and noodles require an entire class. Don’t see a scheduled class that interests you or fits your schedule? Please let us know when you book and we’ll help you arrange a new group or private class.

Lunchtime Demo n’ Dine
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-1:30pm
280RMB ($43US) per person
or on demand by Request (minimum charge applies)

A demonstration-oriented cooking class focused around one technique or dish is followed by a five-course lunch plus a glass of sparkling wine (or a house drink). Perfect after a visit to the nearby Forbidden City, for the intrepid back alley explorer … or your next business or social lunch!
