Booking Policies for Wine n’ Dine, Classes & Demo n’ Dine

We require a 50 percent deposit to hold reservations, which may be made by WeChat or PayPal. After your reservation is confirmed by email or WeChat we will send you an invoice and/or instructions on how to pay the deposit.

For cancellations made within 48 hours of payment (and provided your event is still at least 7 days away), you may receive a full refund on your payment, minus any third-party service fees. 

For cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the start of your event, you may receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of (175RMB) $30US and third-party service fees. Or you may choose one of the compensation options below.

We regret that no refunds are given on cancellations made within 7 days of the start of your event. However, if your cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the start of your event, you may: 

-- Change the date of your reservation without a fee (based on availability).

-- Or receive credit & gift vouchers of an equal amount of your deposit towards a future reservation. 

Due to the small, personalized nature of our venue, we regret that we cannot offer compensation for cancellations made within 48 hours of your event.
