Cooking Class: Dumplings

Our classes feature a low student-to-professional chef ratio, an in-depth hands-on experience, and information on how to stock your Chinese pantry. We’ll be teaching you how to make traditional Beijing jiaozi today. You’ll learn how to make dumplings from scratch, starting from making fresh dumpling wrappers to filling them with delectable fillings to making non-spicy and spicy sauces to accompany them. 350RMB per person
