Hand Rolled and Shanxi Noodles
Learn how to make hand rolled noodles to knife cut and cat’s ears noodles from scratch and delicious savory sauces to go with them. The class is taught by our noodle master Chef Zhang who’s origins are from Shanxi province.
All events 300 RMB per person.
Class includes a cooking demonstration, a hands-on session, and lunch; 11 guests max. Reservations are required.
