Knife Skills Class

Learn how to wield a cleaver like a professional. We’ll teach you the skills to mince, dice, peel, and pound: Smashed Cucumber Salad, Shredded Pork and Pepper Stir-Fry, Disanxian. 刀功课:派黄瓜,尖椒肉丝,地三鲜


All events 300RMB per person

Class includes a cooking demonstration, a hands-on session, and lunch; 9 guests max.  Reservations are required.

Your seat will be reserved only after you receive a confirmation by email.
