Imperial Chinese Dishes

Learn how to make traditional imperial dishes that are sure to impress any crowd: Pine Nut and Beef Stir-Fry, Fried Shiitake and Coriander Stir-Fry, Traditional Sweet and Sour Pork. 宫廷菜:松仁牛肉米,素炒鳝丝,糖醋里脊


All events 300RMB per person

Class includes a cooking demonstration, a hands-on session, and lunch; 9 guests max.  Reservations are required.

Please also let us know of any dietary preferences or restrictions.

Your seat will be reserved only after you receive a confirmation by email.


NOTE: If you are interested in attending one of our cooking classes and the scheduled date does not work for you, please email us to schedule a private class. 

Private classes or dinners are available Tuesday-Sunday (4-guest minimum; 8-guest minimum on Saturday nights)… please email us for more details.
