Cooking Classes
Every Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday from 10am – 1pm
300 RMB per person
Familiarize yourself with the key ingredients you’ll need, polish your knife skills, and try your hand at the wok. Each class focuses on a specific theme – our most popular classes include Sichuan cuisine, homestyle dumplings, or Shanxi noodles class. A cooking demonstration, hands-on session, and lunch are included. See our calendar on the right for our scheduled classes or scroll to the bottom for our classes.

Private Classes*
Cost per guest: 350 RMB per person (4-guest minimum charge)
- Reservations required; book 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your desired date
- Offered during the days only
- Can accommodate up to 9-12 guests (depending on the class) in the main kitchen; up to 60 guests at partner venues
- Chose from a range of cooking classes we offer, including stir-fries, noodles, and dumplings. Special requests for dishes are also taken.
- For day classes, market tours can be arranged at an extra cost of RMB200 per guest (allow for an extra 2 hours)
- Evening add-on options:
*generous pours of two premium wines for an extra RMB200 per person; or wine may be ordered by the bottle.
